On May 16, the German Marine Research Alliance (DAM) invites participants to a Parliamentary Breakfast in the new legislative period. With this event we would like to introduce the DAM to newly elected members of parliament and inform them about current topics in German marine research.

The aim of the Parliamentary Breakfast is to further strengthen the dialogue between science and politics. In view of global challenges such as climate change, biodiversity loss and the sustainable use of marine resources, a close exchange is essential. Together with political representatives, we want to discuss possible solutions to promote the protection and sustainable use of the oceans.

We look forward to a constructive exchange and a joint discussion on the future of our oceans.
