The German Marine Research Alliance (DAM), the DAM research mission sustainMare and the Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR) are hosting a parliamentary breakfast on 22 April 2026 on the topic of offshore wind energy.

Building on current plans for the expansion of wind farms in the North Sea and Baltic Sea, the event will focus in particular on the energy and environmental policy aspects of this topic, using scientific insights to discuss challenges and potential solutions.
